- Define the roles. Adults should become more playful and the children should know and understand that their participation is equal to others.
- Consider the child’s rights in the editorial process.
- Be aware of the open and close approach method.
- Consider the benefits of the child and the company on the topics as:Compensation: the best practise is to tell participants before the session what they will get.
Experience: consider the transparency of the situation, explain what will happen and why, a session might be normal workday for you but a memorable experience for the child.
Learning: tell them what they will learn.
